We are kurando, the platform pharmacy of the future. Simply put, we deliver medication to your doorstep within 30 minutes through our network of partner pharmacies. Our long-term objective is to digitize medication management and the medication reorder process. We are already live in Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf and will rapidly expand across major German cities in 2022. We have great expansion plans and are looking for rockstars to support our growth!

About the role
In your role as “Business Development Associate” (m/f/d) you will be responsible for identifying and integrating new business opportunities. You will be able to expand your professional profile and develop essential skills as you help a vibrant startup grow!
Your mission
  • You will be an essential part of the Business Development and Operations Team
  • You will ensure the efficient functioning of our daily operations and contribute to our excellence program
  • You will be in direct contact with third-party stakeholders and develop our pharmacy partnerships across Germany
  • You will actively participate in process improvements and contribute to the optimization across various of our 
    operations processes
  • You will analyse our existing processes and identify potential levers to reach excellence
  • You will proactively identify business opportunities and contribute to turning them into potential ventures
What you need to succeed
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, 
    Management)
  • You have the confidence to make decisions on the spot
  • You have a proactive approach to tasks
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a positive attitude and detail-oriented mindset
  • You are comfortable using G-suite & MS Office
  • You are proficient in English and German (Native/C2 level)

Nice to have
  • A passion for entrepreneurship
  • An interest in health/medicine
  • You have a “get your hands dirty” mentality
