pharmacies. We are already live in Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf and will rapidly expand across major German cities in 2022. We have great expansion plans and are looking for rockstars to support our growth

About the role
In your role as Regional Manager (South/West/North Germany) (m/f/d) you will have full responsibility for the P&L of one of three German regions. You will manage a portfolio of various cities with dozens of pharmacies, hundreds of riders and thousands of orders. On a daily basis you will work closely with our Operations team and our Founders to develop custom strategies to increase sales and to drive operational excellence with the ultimate goal to ensure the most customer-centric service offering in the market.
Your mission
  • You will plan and realize our rapid growth across Germany within the coming month
  • You will take full responsibility for large parts of the German market
  • You will become a defining pillar within our hyper-growth startup
  • You will manage our partnerships and build in-depth relationships with experts across the pharmaceutical landscape
  • You will dive into operational excellence, enhance our digital ecosystem and develop a customer-centric offering
What you need to succeed
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Economics)
  • You have prior Operations & Consulting Experience
  • You proved exceptional leadership abilities in previous roles/projects
  • You pay attention to detail, question the status quo and love to hunt for operational excellence
  • You have strong analytical skill and a data driven mindset
  • You are proficient in English and German (Native/C2 level)
