Our long-term vision is to digitize the whole medication management and the medication prescription process. We are already live in Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf and will rapidly expand across major German cities in 2022. We have great expansion plans and are looking for rockstars to support our growth!

About the role
In your role as “Tech Recruiter” (m/f/d) you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our tech roles. 
Your mission
  • You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and spearhead tech recruitment
  • You will create and post job descriptions and utilize appropriate sourcing channels
  • You will actively source potential candidates and screen their profiles
  • You will coordinate, schedule and participate in the selection process
  • You will take ownership of our recruiting KPI’s and pipeline
  • You will play a vital role in building the company’s culture
What you need to succeed
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, etc.)
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting for tech-related positions
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other tools (G-Suite, etc.)
  • Innovative ideas for reaching out the best talent (eg. sourcing through Social Media)
  • You are proficient in English. German is a plus.
  • You are ready to experience a fast-paced and exciting work environment
Nice to have
  • A business driven mindset and a proactive approach to work
  • An interest in health/medicine
  • Knowledge/experience with other HR related tasks (eg. employment law, setting policies, worker protection, worker retention, sponsoring visas, etc.) is a plus.
