We are kurando, the pharmacy platform of the future. Simply put, we deliver medication to your doorstep within 30 minutes through our network of partner pharmacies. Our long-term objective is to digitise medication management and the medication reorder process. We are already live in Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and will rapidly expand across all major German cities in 2022. We have great expansion plans and are looking for rockstars to support our growth!
You will support and work closely with the young and dynamic Operations team
You will play a vital role in the structuring of the Operations department
You will be responsible for managing, tracking and coordinating the virtual store
You will take ownership of setting up processes from scratch, process improvements and optimization
You will be responsible for integration, validation and analysis of data sets
You will set up and maintain dynamic dashboards
You will perform analysis for large data sets and assist in making data-driven decisions
You will be responsible for updating and upgrading our virtual shop
You are currently enrolled in the final year of a relevant Masters programme or have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You are available to join full-time after completion of your studies.
You have a proactive approach to tasks
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You are proficient in English. German is a plus.
You have strong analytical skills as well as excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
You have strong data management skills to analyse and set up processes
(database design, data manipulation, data crunching, etc.)
You have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
You set yourself apart through strong quantitative reasoning and logical thinking
A passion for entrepreneurship
An interest in health/medicine
You have a “get your hands dirty” mentality
